Record RSS are pleased to announce a corporate charity partnership with Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity. After meeting with various well known charities it was left to Record RSS staff to choose the charity they wished to support.

Rainbow Trust provides practical and emotional support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. They support around 1,000 families each year. Their two respite houses in Surrey and Northumberland provide a break for the whole family, allowing them to spend precious time together as a family.

Rainbow Trust's Family Support Workers join the families in their own home and are there to provide whatever practical or emotional support that may be needed. They can attend hospital appointments with parents, sit by the bedside of the sick child to give parents a break and take worried siblings out for the day. Rainbow Trust supports families for as long as they need them - from diagnosis, through the illness and beyond.

Christine Barker from Rainbow Trust said: “We are absolutely delighted that the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity has been selected as Record RSS’s charity partner. We are very much looking forward to working with the employees of Record RSS and hoping to raise a significant amount of funds over the coming years so we can support more families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.”
